We are a Work Host, that creates job task, and employment opportunities for youth, and young adults. AFCO is collectively introducing a productive lifestyle that fosters independence, a career driven mindset, social skills, and heightened selfworth. While we maintain a fruitful atmosphere; we are setting youth with disabilities on one accord for their bright future.
Details:
This collaboration is a consecutive 5 week program, that caters to disabled youth ages 14-24. Compensation is minimum wage, and pays 20 hours a week. A Job Coach is always present to ensure job acclamation, and retention.
